• STORY BEHIND THE ART: This mother and baby sea turtle watercolor piece was inspired by Cathy's babymoon trip with her husband to Kaua. Although the tides were high, they were able to spot a few sea turtles in the water at a distance. Cathy feels inspired to paint wildlife whenever she sees them in real life. The logo of her lifestyle brand Easy Sunday Club is also of a sea turtle, which symbolizes longevity and persistence, two of the qualities she hopes to instill in her creative career.
