Result
A website was created so staff could access several courses and training videos.
It was proposed a system of suggestions for each step of a journey based on badge rewards for completing the courses. The ability to create teams of study between the users, so the learning experience could be more exciting. Making the goal orientated, more social, enabling the users to compare their scores with others.
