To improve the app for this SaaS company, an established business in the freelance marketplace: in 2018 a skeleton app was released and in 2019 was urgent to release core functionalities to make this app useful and userfriendly.

RESULT

I worked as the principal designer on the 2.0 version of the app. With some screens already live, the task was to expand the app adding features found in the web platform. Improving the experience and removing pain points from the current web experience, while designing using the new design system, was the main goal. Working closely with the engineer team, we were able to expand this tool and make a stronger product.
